Description:
·Provide first level phone support for incident management (operational and technical) for all store and corporate support issues (examples: Software, Hardware, and How-to).
·Responsible for accurate and timely logging of support calls in call tracking system and escalation of problems where appropriate.
· Effective Trouble shooting and common sense approach to solving issues is a must.
· Able to act in a responsive and sensitive manner to all customer inquiries.
· Able to work rotational shifts (7X24 pager support if required).
· Accountable for personal statistics plus team goals.
· Diploma/degree or equivalent 1 – 3 years work related experience.
· Experience/knowledge of Computer concepts and skills (PC, Printers, Network, LAN, UNIX), as well as knowledge of business applications.
·Customer Service skills an asset.
·Professional, enthusiastic, dependable and flexible.
·Ability to work in a team environment.
· Previous Pharmaceutical Retail or other Retail experience an asset
· Previous Helpdesk or Customer Service knowledge an asset
