Our experienced team works closely with the hiring managers to provide end-to-end services. Proper job descriptions are developed, establishing rate targets and ensuring corporate hiring goals are achieved. We will source, recruit, interview, test, reference and pre-screen for adequate candidates. NCP strives to provide quality candidates to achieve a high rate of hiring results.
CONTINGENT SERVICES
Contract
Contract Placements are guaranteed for the first two weeks of engagement. If you are not totally satisfied with the new candidate within the first two weeks, we will not bill the client for any services rendered.
PERMANENT PLACEMENT SERVICES
Permanent placements are guaranteed for 90 days from the start date. NCP will provide a replacement if you are unsatisfied with the resource within the first 90 days of the start date. We will refund the client for the placement fee if we cannot replace the resource.
Full Time
FLOW THROUGH REFERRAL PROGRAM
We will administer any referred candidates for a nominal administration fee and provide full services, including; Contract Administration, Criminal Background clearance, Credit Check(if necessary), Reference Checks and full Commercial General liability/Errors/Omissions and Cyber Theft/Security Insurance.
