Our experienced team works closely with the hiring managers to provide end to end services. Proper job descriptions are developed, establish rate targets and ensure the corporate hiring goals are achieved. We will source, recruit, interview, test, reference and pre-screen for adequate candidates. NCP strives to provide quality candidates in order to achieve a high rate of hiring results.
CONTINGENT SERVICES
(Contract)
Contract Placements are guaranteed for the first two weeks of engagement. If you are not totally satisfied with the new candidate within the first two weeks, we will not bill the client for any services rendered.
PERMANENT PLACEMENT SERVICES (Full Time)
Permanent placements are guaranteed for 90 days from start date. If you are not totally satisfied with the resource within the 1st 90 days of the start date, NCP will provide a replacement. If we are not able to replace the resource, we will refund the client for the placement fee.
FLOW THROUGH REFERRAL PROGRAM SERVICES (Contract)
We will administer any referred candidates for a nominal administration fee and provide full services including; Contract Administration, Criminal Background Clearances, Credit Check(if necessary), Reference Checks and full Commercial General liability/Errors/Omissions and Cyber Theft/Security Insurance.
