TEMPORARY/INDEPENDANT CONTRACT HIRES/FLOW THROUGH REFERRALS
If you are not totally satisfied within the first 2 weeks (80 hours), NCP will not bill for any services rendered, during this period. NCP will replace the resource as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Permanent placements are guaranteed for 120 days from start date. If you are not totally satisfied with the resource within the 1st 120 days of the start date, NCP will source, recruit and screen for an adequate replacement. If NCP is not able to replace the resource, NCP will refund the client for the placement fee.
NCP is dedicated to full transparency between NCP and its clients. NCP will offer full disclosure of markups, fees and service charges prior to any invoicing.

NCP has the ability to administer our standard testing, some examples include IT Service Desk, Customer Care, Bilingual, Software specific testing etc.. NCP performs criminal, credit and reference checks on all applicants and can easily adapt client specific testing into our application process.
